Jute is one of the strongest natural fibers with high tensile strength and low extensibility. It is used to make cloth for wrapping bales of raw, sacks and coarse cloth besides being woven into curtains, carpets, rugs and so on. Our Spinning Machine is fitted with power-grip belt drives instead of the conventional crown wheel system, and also have bearings on the gear end of the builder shaft to reduce wear and tear. We use E.B.P. type wharve body with baxter flyer and energy efficient motor along with new pulley weight, belt arrangement for weight type tension pulley in our machines, to prevent fire hazards.
